terms and conditions – service delivery

  1. The work will be undertaken as per the scope and specification given in the estimate and executed by our Authorized Service Execution Partner. Any amendments or changes to the said estimate will be carried out only upon issuance of a revised or separate estimate from the concerned sales representative of NEO by Nippon Paint.

  2. Colors must be chosen one day prior to executor start date. Any changes made after that will attract additional charges.

  3. Water and Power Supply requirements for the painting execution has to be provided by the customer.

  4. During the course of execution, the site should be made available for NEO by Nippon Paint Team, free from other tradespeople, civil workers, cleaners, plumbers etc. If our working space is interfered with, NEO team have rights to suspend the work temporarily till such time the same is cleared and if it is beyond 7 days then the contract will be cancelled and refund will be made after deducting Total cost involved which includes, cost of paint, accessories, manpower, supervision etc. incurred till such time.

  5. Our professional applicators team will handle the shifting of any heavier objects / furniture if required; Customers are advised to secure the valuables and fragile items in the house during painting work and NEO by Nippon paint will be not responsible for any damages.

  6. The project timeline mentioned in the estimate and Project Planner is subject to change for reasons such as unfavorable weather, unforeseen circumstances etc. NEO by Nippon Paint reserves the right to amend the timeline in such instances which is beyond control.

  7. In case of the selected shades are accent, additional number of quotes might be required in some cases to achieve the desired coverage. In such instances, the cost for additional quote has to be borne by the customer for which the estimate will be shared by the sales representative of NEO by Nippon Paint.

  8. All the permissions and policies required by the civic bodies, society association is the sole responsibility of the customer and is also expected to adhere by the same.
